This would be an occasion to honourVietnamese music and musicians as well as to bring music closer to thepublic, he said.
Highlights of the event include a gala nigh atthe Hanoi Opera House featuring works by the late composers Nguyen DinhThi and Van Cao, winners of Ho Chi Minh Award; and performances onoutdoor stages near Ba Kieu temple and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi, and public places in HCM City .

This year’s tournament has gathered over 300 coaches, athletes, and referees from 18 countries and territories, competing in 28 combat weight categories and eight performance categories. Vietnam’s team has 50 athletes, including six from Thai Nguyen province.
