Singapore (VNA) - Singapore's Changi has toppedthe Skytrax World's Best Airport Award this year, the sixth time in a row.

Changi Airport was also named the Best Airport for LeisureAmenities, a title it has held since the award category was introduced in 2009,as well as the Best Airport in Asia.

The 2018 World Airport Awards are based on nominations of 13.73million customers across over 100 nationalities, with more than 500 airportsworldwide taking part.

The survey evaluates traveller experience across various keyperformance indicators for airport services and products – from check-in,arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration, to departure at thegate.

Airports in Asia took the four top spots, with Seoul'sIncheon airport coming in second, followed by Tokyo's Haneda airport and HongKong's airport.-VNA
