Hanoi (VNA) - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Delegation to the National Assembly (NA) and NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended a ceremony held in Hanoi on June 7 to present the 40- and 30-year Party membership badges to two Party members at the Party organisation of the NA Office.
Man handed over the 40-year Party membership badge to Nguyen Duc Hai, member of the Party Central Committee and the NA Party Delegation and Vice Chairman of the legislature.
Meanwhile, NA General Secretary, Chairman of the NA Office and Secretary of the NA Office’s Party Committee Bui Van Cuong presented the 30-year Party membership badge to Dang Vu Hai, deputy head of the NA Office’s division for ethnic affairs.
Congratulating the recipients, the NA Chairman said the badges demonstrate the Party’s recognition and high evaluation of their contributions to the revolutionary cause.
He asked them to continue bringing into play the results obtained so far; strive to fulfill the duties of a Party member; actively help to successfully realise the targets, tasks, and resolutions of the Party, the NA and the Government; and stay absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, the people, and the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
The top legislator also requested them make more contributions to improve the performance of the NA, the NA Standing Committee, the NA’s Council for Ethnic Affairs, the NA’s committees, and the NA Standing Committee’s boards.
🎃 On behalf of the recipients, NA Vice Chairman Hai said the badge is a great honour and also a reminder of Party members’ responsibility for making self-improvement and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example so as to excellently fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party, State, and people./.
Improving the effectiveness and creating positive changes in Party building, particularly the Party’s leadership capacity and combativeness, were identified as key tasks of Party organisations in the northern province of Bac Giang in the 2025-2030 period, said the provincial Party Committee.
Many cadres and Party members in southern Binh Duong province have shown their advocacy of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s directions on personnel preparations for the 14th National Party Congress.
