The Department of Public Security of Dien Bien province and the Public Security Bureau of Pu’er city in China’s Yunnan province held their 13th annual talks in Dien Bien Phu city on November 25 to discuss cooperation in ensuring national security, combating crimes, and maintaining order and security between the two localities.

The sub-committee for the organisation of the 13th National Party Congress convened its fifth meeting in Hanoi on November 25 under the chair of Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, and head of the sub-committee.
