Number of COVID-19 cases remains at 268 with no new cases on April 19

No new case of COVID-19 was detected over the past 12 hours, so the number remained at 268 as of 6 pm on April 19, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Hanoi,  (VNA) - No new case of COVID-19 was detected over the past 12 hours, so the number remained at 268 as of 6 pm onApril 19, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Preventionand Control. During the day, two COVID-19 patients were declared cured inthe southern province of Bac Lieu. However, a patient, case 188, was found to be positive againafter being discharged from hospital on April 16. The total number of recovered patients was now 202. Of the 65 patients under treatment, 13 have tested negativeonce, and seven tested negative twice./.

🍒 Sharp tobacco tax hike urged to safeguard youths, community health

ꦐ Vietnam, France collaborate in vaccine production technology transfer

Under the agreement, VNVC and Sanofi will gradually implement technology transfers to enable domestic production of several key Sanofi vaccines that are widely used in Vietnam. In addition, Sanofi will support VNVC in training human resources and quality management in vaccine research and manufacturing.
