Seventy-three out of 78 notary organisations operating in the capitalhave applied the programme and have already begun updating data.
The Department of Justice has also requested the Department of NaturalResources and Environment and local People's Committees to review andlist cases of people who have lost land use certificates so that theycan request new documentation, as well as listing cases of land usecertificate withdrawals.
Experts said the application of the notarised information management programme will help minimise disputes. From the beginning of the year, only two disputes concerningnotarising activities have been dealt with. There were 26 cases ofnotary disputes last year.-VNA
