No Vietnamese affected in Afghanistan's aiport attack: Spokeswoman
No Vietnamese citizen has been affected in the terrorist attack at Hamid Karzai airport in Kabul capital city of Afghanistan on August 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang said on August 31.

Hanoi (VNA)♚ – No Vietnamesecitizen has been affected in the terrorist attack at Hamid Karzai airport in Kabul capital city of Afghanistan on August 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang said on August 31.
🧸 In reply to queries about Vietnam’s reaction to the attack thatcaused serious casualties at the airport, Hang said Vietnam condemns terroristattacks in any form.
She also conveyed profound condolences to families of the victims of the attack. Hang added that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs directed the VietnameseEmbassy in Pakistan, concurrently Afghanistan, to continue reviewing and conducting citizenprotection work. Vietnam calls on concerned parties in Afghanistan to ensuresecurity and safety of all Afghan citizens and foreigners living in the country,including Vietnamese citizens, she said./.
Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy, Vietnam's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has emphasised the top priority to ending violence, protecting civilians, especially women and children, and ensuring security and safety of UN staff and representative agencies, foreign diplomatic staff, international organisations and foreigners in Afghanistan.
Vietnam has closely followed the situation in Afghanistan and hoped that Afghanistan will soon stabilise for the benefit of its people and for peace and stability in the region, said Deputy Spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang.
