Hanoi (VNA)🐲 – No new case of COVID-19 was reported in the country in the past12 hours, leaving the number of infection at 288 as of 6pm on May 12, accordingto the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
Vietnamhas so far recorded no community infection for 26 straight days.
OnMay 12, three relapsed patients were given the all clear. A total of 252 COVID-19patients in the country have been cured, and there has been no death.
Amongthe remaining 36 patients who are receiving treatment, 16 have tested negativefor SARS-CoV-2 at least once.
Thenumber of people under quarantine is 11,929./.
