National online public service portal to be launched

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has issued a list of online public services at level 3 and 4, which will be implemented at ministries, departments and localities in 2017.

Hanoi (VNA) – PrimeMinister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has issued a list of online public services at le🎃vel3 and 4, which will be implemented at ministries, departments and localities in2017.

The list consists of 707administrative procedures, of which 354 will be performed online by ministriesand departments while 353 others will be implemented by provinces and cities. The Ministry of Health will offer85 administrative procedures online, while the Ministry of Culture, Sports andTourism, and the Ministry of Transport will conduct 74 and 56 respectively. The Government Office was askedto issue criteria for assessing online services at level 3 and 4. It is alsoresponsible for launching the national online public service portal in 2017 andhelping ministries, department and localities integrate e-public services withnational services. The Ministry of Information andCommunication will coordinate with the Government Office to release technicalregulations to ensure all online public services will be accessed through thenational portal. The PM asked the Ministry ofPublic Security to complete a national resident database to ensure the sharing ofcitizen information conforms with national technical standards.-VNA
