The 4th National Culture and Business Forum (NCBF), spotlighting business operations in a multicultural environment, is scheduled to take place in Hanoi in November, heard a press conference held by the organising committee on business culture development (known as Committee 248) on July 8.

The third National Culture and Business Forum will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on November 18, organisers announced on July 28.
