Hanoi (VNA) – The 14 th National Assembl🦂y adopted a resolution on the pilot issuance of e-visaꦏ for foreigners at a plenary session on the morning of November 22.

The resolution sailed through the legislature with 91.08 percent of approval votes. The legislators then passed the law on amending and supplementing the Investment Law’s Article 6 and Appendix 4 on the list of conditional business . A total of 83.16 percent of deputies approved the change.
Also during the morning session, they mulled over the draft law on supporting small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung gave more explanations for issues regarding the bill raised by the deputies. In the afternoon, the NA scrutinised the amended draft law on technology transfer. Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh then cleared up questions about the document raised by the law-makers.
The NA adopted a resolution cancelling a project to build the Ninh Thuan nuclear power plants with 92.69 percent of “yes” votes. The second session of the 14 th legislature is scheduled to conclude on November 23 morning. On the last day of working, the legislators are expected to approve a resolution on question and answer at the second session, and another resolution on continuing to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the national target programme on new-style rural area building in combination with agricultural restructuring.
