National Assembly deputies continued their plenary session in Hanoi on October 29.
In the morning session under the chair of NA Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong, Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thai Binh delivered a draft Law on Belief and Religion.
A report examining the draft Law was then read by Head of the NA Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children Dao Trong Thi.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh presented the revised draft Law on signing, entering and executing international conventions.
A report appraising the draft Law was delivered by head of the NA Committee for External Affairs Tran Van Hang.
Under the chair of the NA Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, legislators heard a report on acquiring feedback on proposed changes to the Law on cyber information security, delivered by member of the NA Standing Committee and head of the NA Committee for Science, Technology and Environment Phan Xuan Dung.
Twelve NA deputies gave their opinions on the responsibility of individuals and organisations for cyber information security, the licensing for data security services, technical barriers, training, and international cooperation, among others.
