Myanmar arrests three suspects in Yangon explosions

Three suspects involved in two blasts on November 25 at Yangon regional government office have been arrested, an official of Myanmar Police Force said on November 26.

Hanoi(VNA) - Three suspects involved in two blasts on November 25at the Yangon regional government office have been arrested, an official of MyanmarPolice Force said on November 26.

Two women and one man were captured with materialsused for making M-150 chemical bombs.

They admitted for involving in blasts at regionalgovernment office. Further investigation by the authorities is underway.

The explosions took place at around 5:30 p.m. (localtime) in the office building, which lies in Dagon township. Police found twohome-made M-150 chemical bombs in the building.

 The explosionswere similar in nature to other blasts in Yangon in the last few days - one ata local immigration office on November 24, and two others at two supermarketson November 20 and on November 17.-VNA
