Mozambican President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi and his spouse left Hanoi on September 10 evening, concluding their three-day official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Party General Secretary and State President To Lam and his spouse.

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam and Mozambican President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi held talks in Hanoi on September 9, discussing concrete orientations and measures to further promote the two countries’ cooperation in the coming time.

The upcoming visit to Vietnam by Mozambican President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi is expected to open new frameworks for cooperation, as well as provide momentum for the more effective and robust implementation of existing frameworks between the two countries, Vietnamese Ambassador to Mozambique Pham Hoang Kim has said.
