Presiding over a working session with the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, and Mass Mobilisation in Hanoi on June 11, he underscored the strategic significance of information, education, and mass mobilisation work, describing it as an indispensable bridge between the Party and people, serving as a driving force to promote the great national solidarity.
