- Ho Chi Minh City drew 198.82 million USD in foreign direct investment in the first half of this year, doubling the amount recorded in the same period last year, the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) told a press conference on July 3.This growth was primarily driven by existing projects increasing their capital.
