Hanoi (VNA) – 🐻The Ministry of Industry and Trade emerged as the top performer among ministries regarding public and business service delivery in 2024, achieving a score of 83.15 points, a 6.6% improvement from the previous year, according to the Government Office.
The Ministry of National Defense secured the second position with 80.87 points, showing a 4.3% increase, while Vietnam Social Security claimed the third place with 80.33 points, up 15.1% from 2023.
However, several ministries experienced declining performance metrics, with the Ministry of Planning and Investment recording 71.22 points, down 1.3%, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs 48.12 points, declining 4.6%, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism 47.34 points, decreasing 6%.
The Ministry of Science and Technology ranked the lowest with 29.01 points, despite showing an increase of 2.8%.
At the provincial level, the southernmost province of Ca Mau led the rankings with 91.06 points, followed by the south central province of Binh Dinh with 90.54 points and the northern province of Bac Giang with 89.49 points, all demonstrating growth in their service delivery metrics./.
