Underthe MoU, the two sides will collaborate to assist the formation and operationof the start-up ecosystem in HCM City, promote communications activities on innovativestart-ups and develop start-up culture.
TheMoU also cements Microsoft’s pledge in assisting the government and Vietnameseorganisations in boosting IT capability and optimising the implementation anduse of IT.
