Hanoi (VNA)ౠ – Medical service packages and advanced pharmaceutical products, medical equipment and services are being showcased at the 23rd Vietnam International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2016), which opened in Hanoi on May 11.

The annual event features 450 booths where 350 enterprises from 30 countries and territories worldwide are displaying their products.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Pham Le Tuan said the exhibition creates opportunities for international and domestic enterprises to meet and seek partners.
A number of photo exhibitions, workshops, exchanges and blood donations will be held during the exhibition, which is organised by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Vietnam Medical Products Import-Export JSC and Vietnam Advertisement & Fair Exhibition JSC. Alongside Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2016, the 9th Vietnam International Hospital Exhibition, the 5th International Dental Exhibition in Vietnam and the 3rd International Medical Tourism Exhibition in Vietnam are also taking place.-VNA
