The Government has sketched out a plan to restructure its media organisations in a strategic move to optimise its operation, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra.

Journalism and communication play an important role in maintaining the close relationship between the Party and the people, and strengthening public confidence in the Party's leadership, a high-ranking official has stressed.
