Vientiane (VNA) – The annual Lao Wood Furniture Fair will take place inVientiane from January 7-15, to promote locally made furniture and providefurniture producers the opportunity to access more markets, both domestic andoverseas, according to the Lao News Agency (KPL).

Thisevent will be the third of its kind following the success of two previousevents held over the previous two years, President of the Lao FurnitureAssociation,  Khamphay Somsana has told media.
 
Thefair, to be held at the Lao-ITECC by the Lao Furniture Association, is expectedto feature furniture products made from hard woods, rattan and bamboo,handicraft products, and carved wood products.

Theorganising committee of the trade fair said that entrepreneurs can reservebooths for their products five days before the fair is opened.-VNA
