Vietnam ranks 12th among the 27 countries and territories in the Asia Power Index 2024, recently launched by the Australia-based Lowy Institute, with its overall score gaining 1.2 points compared to last year.

The Lowy Institute, an independent and nonpartisan international policy think tank based in Sydney, Australia, has recently announced the Asia Power Index 2020, in which the nation ranked 12th out of 26 countries and territories, up one place from last year.
Vietnam moved up one spot to rank 12th out of 26 countries and territories in the 2020 Asia Power Index conducted by the Lowy Institute, an independent think-tank in Australia.
