Vietnam has rolled out a series of measures to strictly manage weapons, including the issuance of legal documents that ensure the arms will not get into the hands of criminals, Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang, Head of the Permanent Delegation of Vietnam to the UN, said on June 18.
