൩ – Law building will be high on the agendaduring the second online working week of the 14th National Assembly’s ninthsession from May 25-28.

The legislature will listento the presentation of the draft revised Law on Enviromental Protection and discuss the draft Law onMediation, Dialogue at Courts, the amended Youth Law, the Law on amendments andsupplements to several articles of the Law on Organisation of the NationalAssembly, the revised Law on Investment, the Law on Public-Private Partnership,and the Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of the Law on NaturalDisaster Prevention and Control and the Law on Dykes. On May 27, the lawmakers will debate a report on the enforcement of policies and laws on child abuse prevention and control by the NA’s supervisiondelegation, which will be live televised nationwide. They will also listen to a proposal and an examinationreport on the national target programme on socio-economic development in ethnicminority and mountainous regions for the 2021-2030 period, a proposal seeking theNA’s approval of the State budget balance in 2018, a report on State budgetbalance audit in 2018, a report examining the State budget balance in 2018. The NA deputies are also due to discuss the draftResolution on agriculture land use tax exemption./.
