Thai Nguyen (VNA) – Representatives of theOrganisation Commission of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) CentralCommittee and leaders of Vietnam’s northern province of Thai Nguyen have exchangedexperience in Party building and personnel work.

At a reception for a delegation of the LPRP Central Committee’s OrganisationCommission in Thai Nguyen on May 23, Deputy Secretary of the provincial PartyCommittee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Xuan Hoahighlighted active progresses in Party and political system building in thelocality.

Thanks to efforts made by the provincial Party Committee, the structure andquality of Party members have been improved significantly, he said.

Chansy Phosikham, head of the LPRP Central Committee’s Organisation Commission,expressed his delight at achievements Thai Nguyen has recorded insocio-economic development, Party and political system building, national defenceand security, and external affairs, stressing the province’s experience inimplementing the Party’s resolutions.

During their stay in Thai Nguyen, the Lao officials burnt incense at thememorial house of President Ho Chi Minh in Phu Dinh commune, Dinh Hoa district,and visited the Thai Hai preservation area of ecological stilt house village,the Tan Cuong tea zone and the Ho Nui Coc tourism area.

On May 22, they were received by General Secretary of the Communist Party ofVietnam (CPV) Nguyen Phu Trong who asked the Organisation Commissions of theCentral Committees of the CPV and the LPRP to continue working closely togetherto boost the exchange of information and experience in Party and politicalsystem building, and personnel training.-VNA
