During theHanoi course, trainees will be equipped with the fundamentals ofMarxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought as well as the viewpoints andguidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) on the path tosocialism.
They will learn about the CPV’s leadershipexperience in socio-economic development as well as Party building,organisation and inspection, thus meeting requirements in the newrevolutionary period.
The Lao officials will also go on afield trip to several Vietnamese localities and facilities to study theimplementation of the Party’s policies and the State’s laws.-VNA
The programmes have brought about positive changes to rural infrastructure, comprehensively improved the material and spiritual lives of farmers, and contributed to Vietnam's economic restructuring, said PM Pham Minh Chinh.
