Korean tech firm seeks to attract Vietnamese talents

Seoul (VNA) – The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s digital forensics and cybersecurity firm Injungbo has announced the establishment of a research and development (R&D) centre in Hanoi as part of its global expansion strategy.

According to a statement released on May 7, the move is intended to attract and nurture key science and technology talents abroad, with the long-term aim of supporting their relocation to the RoK.

To this end, Injungbo plans to forge partnerships with leading Vietnamese universities, including the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The firm aims to recruit graduates and provide them with professional training to become skilled software developers.

Injungbo’s portfolio includes several solutions, such as “IJB eDiscovery” – an AI-driven electronic information management platform. The newly established R&D centre in Vietnam will take on a central role in the future development and enhancement of these technologies.

The company executives affirmed their commitment to bolstering glo🍌bal competitiveness through robu🌞st support and structured training programmes for Vietnamese talents, who have already demonstrated strong performance within Korean enterprises./.
