Hanoi (VNA) – The 2020 Italian Cuisine Weekopened in Hanoi on December 7.

Themed “A taste of Italy everyday”, the event introduces toVietnamese people many traditional dishes and drinks of the European countrysuch as wine, ice cream, tomato sauce, noodles, olive oil, coffee and biscuits.

The week-long event will include other activities such as cookingdemonstrations, guidance on how to taste Italian cuisine, and music concerts.

This is part of The Extraordinary Italian Taste projectinitiated by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and InternationalCooperation and held in over 40 countries over the world.

In Vietnam, the programme is organised in seven cities andprovinces./.
