Kartasasmita accentuated the statement by pointing to the company's plan to develop the fourth Apple Developer Academy in Bali province.
The investment value has almost reached 1.6 trillion Rp (99.5 million USD), he said.
Earlier, Communication and Informatics Minister Budi Arie Setiadi dismissed rumors circulating on social media claiming that Apple has decided to cancel its investment plans in Indonesia.
