Hanoi (VNA) – The Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) hasrecently issued its essential facts in the sunset review of the anti-dumpingtaxes levied on Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film imports fromThailand and Vietnam.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the essential facts includeimportant information which provides a basis for KADI to give its finalconclusion of the case.
KADI asked relevant sides to respond and comment on the facts in text (bothelectronic and printed versions) no later than November 13. It will organise ahearing if there is request from Vietnamese and Thai parties, and the request mustbe sent to KADI on November 6 at the latest.
Earlier, KADI initiated an anti-dumping investigation into Vietnamese BOPPfilms in 2015. The products were taxed 3.9 percent in a five-year period. OnDecember 12, 2017, KADI conducted the sunset review to decide whether it wouldcontinue anti-dumping measures or not.-VNA
