India’s Holi festival to take place in Hanoi

Hanoi (VNA) - HoliFestival, also known as the “Festival of Colours”, will take place in Hanoi’s KinderPark on April 1.

Holi is a Hindu spring festival celebrated across India. This traditionalfestival signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, theend of winter and for many is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh,forget and forgive and strengthen relationships.

The “Festival of Colours” will be held from 11am to 2.30pm with lots of fun,joy and organic colours. Kinder Park is at 614 Lac Long Quan road, Tay Ho district.Food, drinks, henna, face painting and entertainment will be included.

Tickets for kids from 6-12 years costs 200,000 VND (free under 6 years old),for adults 600,000 VND, and at the gate 700,000 VND. To buy tickets call: 096481 0618.-VNA
