A memorandum of understanding was signed onthe occasion of a visit by Smita Pant, the Indian consul in Ho Chi MinhCity, to the Sai Gon Fabric and Garment Accessories Expo (Sai Gon Tex)which ended in the city on April 12. Under the deal, Anh Khoa will import materials from SRTEPC members.
