Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man has sent a message of congratulations to Francis Scarpaleggia on his election as Speaker of the House of Commons of Canada.

Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Duc Hai had courtesy meetings with Speaker of the Senate Raymonde Gagne and Speaker of the House of Commons of Canada Greg Fergus in Ottawa on October 1.

National Assembly Vice Chairman Đỗ Bá Tỵ said Vietnam wishes to deepen its relations with Canada at a meeting with Bruce Stanton, Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons of Canada.
