High quality for ethnic language programmes

Leaders of five broadcasting stations in the Central Highlands agreed to increase both time allocations and quality of programmes in ethnic languages at a meeting to review their activities during the past six months on June 23.
Leaders of five broadcasting stations in the Central Highlands agreed toincrease both time allocations and quality of programmes in ethniclanguages at a meeting to review their activities during the past sixmonths on June 23.

Additionally, they will also increase quality of reportage and providetraining for staff including correspondents, editors and technicians in amore professional manner, especially broadcasting staff at district andprovincial levels.

Stations in the CentralHighlands have implemented hundreds of programmes on State and Partypolicies and farmers’ economic development models in the eight ethniclanguages of Ede, M’Nong, K’Ho, Chu Ru, Bah Nar, Jrai, Sedang and JeChieng that contribute to improving lives of ethnic minorities in thelocality.

They also exchanged information andoutstanding reportage with their counterparts from other provincesthrough a joint programme entitled “Rhythm of Life in the CentralHighlands”./.
