HCM City (VNA) –Ho Chi Minh City has become one of the eight candidates nominated for the titleof "Asia's Best MICE Destination 2021" by World MICE Award.
The World MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences andExhibitions) Awards 2021 is a category of the prestigious WorldTravel Awards (WTA).
The other nominateddestinations are Bangkok (Thailand), Beijing (China), Hong Kong (China), KualaLumpur (Malaysia), Macau (China), Seoul (the Republic of Korea) and Singapore.

The World MICE Awards were launched in 2020, aiming topromote the growth and innovation of MICE tourism on a global scale byhonouring leading organisations and destinations with fairness and transparencyin the rules and voting.
The voting will be conducted via website//worldmiceawards.com from June 9 to September 14. The results will beannounced on November 1, 2021.
