Hanoi plans to raise up to 3.6 trillion VND (171 million USD) via bondissues next month for key infrastructure projects across the city.
The money will be spent on the extended Road 5 and Belt Road 1stretching from O Dong Mac to Nguyen Khoai dyke, Nam Son waste treatmentcomplex, Duc Giang hospital and a capital urban transport project, saidDirector of the Hanoi State Treasury Dao Thai Phuc.
Over 2.2 trillion VND (100 million USD) of the sum is expected to be disbursed this year.
