Eligible candidates need tohave good health, been vaccinated with at least two COVID-19 vaccine doses, showhigh sense of responsibility, and comply with the organising board’sregulations, according to a plan issued by the committee’s standing board.
Meanwhile, the candidates servingas interpreters should also have good looks and be fluent in English or otherlanguages in Southeast Asia. Those who used to work as interpreters atdiplomatic events will be prioritised.
Registration is open throughApril 10.
The 31stSEA Games, themed “For a stronger South East Asia”, is scheduled to run inHanoi and 11 neighbouring localities. The U23 competition will run from June 16 to 22, followed by the U17 event from June 23 to 28, while athletes competing in the U23 category will undergo weight and skill checks ahead of the matches starting June 18, while similar checks for U17 athletes will take place before June 23.
