Ha Nam looks to human resources training with Saga prefecture

Ha Nam (VNA) - The Japanese prefecture of Saga will partner with Vietnam’s northern province of Ha Nam on 𒈔human resour♔ces training, announced a prefecture representative.

Nobuyuki Sueyasu, President of Saga’s rural and urban council, led a delegation from the prefecture to visit Ha Nam and explore its investment environment. At a meeting with the provincial leaders on November 7, Nobuyuki Sueyasu said 17 Vietnamese students studying in schools across Saga can be seen as a good premise for the two localities’ cooperation in this field.
He noted that Saga and Ha Nam share many similarities that could allow them to jpin hands in other fields. He said a fact-finding tour of a number of Japanese companies mirrored the locality’s good investment environment and strong support for investors. Mai Tien Dung, Secretary of the provincial Party’s Committee, briefed his guest on areas that Ha Nam is calling for foreign investments, including support industry and high-tech agriculture.
Ha Nam always gives the highest priority to small-and medium-sized enterprises from Japan, he said, pledging favourable infrastructure, security, order and support in employment. The host said Ha Nam is home to 59 Japanese firms, five of them are now active in high-tech agriculture. Ha Nam wishes to receive the assistance from Saga, a Japanese locality with a developed agriculture, in human resources training in service of this sphere, he added.-VNA
