Ha Nam grants investment certificates for two key projects
Ha Nam province on February 13 licenced the high-precision circuit board manufacturing plant of Red Board Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., and the kitchenware and related metal products manufacturing plant of Casla Kitchenware JSC.
Ha Nam (VNA)ꦺ - The People's Committee of Ha Nam on February 13 granted investment certificates for two major industrial projects, marking a step forward in the northern province’s economic development.
The projects are the high-precision circuit board manufacturing plant of Red Board Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., and the kitchenware and related metal products manufacturing plant of Casla Kitchenware JSC.
The high-precision circuit board manufacturing plant will cover 98,850 sq.m in the Kim Bang I Industrial Park, with a total investment of 110 million USD. The facility is expected to become operational by February 2027.
Meanwhile, the kitchenware and related metal products manufacturing plant will be developed in the Thai Ha Industrial Park in Ly Nhan district, at a total cost of 1.2 trillion VND (49 million USD).
The project will be rolled out in two phases with the first to produce over 83.7 million knives of all kinds per year, and the second 240,000 sets of cookware, frying pans, and dining sets annually.
Speaking at the event, Truong Quoc Huy, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, emphasised the strategic importance of these projects, saying once operational, they will significantly contribute to local economic development. He vowed continued support for the investors to ensure their smooth project implementation./.
