The Germany-Vietnam Association (GVA) in Germany on October 7 successfully held its congress where a new executive board consisting of 19 members for the 2024-2027 term was elected.

“Van nghe thang Muoi” (October Art) club, a major and active cultural and art organisation of the Vietnamese community in Berlin, held its seventh congress to elect a new executive committee and sketch out its plans in the time to come.

Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung has called on the Vietnam-Germany Innovation Network (VGI) to further support the National Innovation Centre of Vietnam in developing strategies as well as finding the best and most suitable technologies for Vietnam.

The Germany-Vietnam Association, the Germany-Vietnam Friendship Association and two German citizens have been awarded the Friendship Order of Vietnam for their contributions to the country.
