Generative Artificial Intelligence, also known as GenAI, is a rapidly growing global technology trend. It focuses on creating new content or data based on existing information. According to the ASEAN GenAI Startup Report, released on September 19, Vietnam has great potential to become the GenAI hub of the region.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology is the first university in Vietnam to open a specialized engineering program in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

Russia’s news agency Sputnik has lauded the launch of Vietnamese-developed apps as a positive signal, demonstrating the efforts of domestic technology units to gradually reduce reliance on foreign products and improve the accuracy of information containing Vietnam’s historical and cultural values.
