Hanoi (VNA) – Four imported cases of COVID-19 were detected in the past 12hours to 6pm April 22, according to the Health Ministry.

♔ Thenational count increased to 2,816, with 1,570 domestic infections.

Thenumber of recovered patients reached 2,490, while the death toll remained at35. Amongactive patients, 40 have tested negative for the novel coronavirus from once tothree times. Atotal 39,191 people who had close contact with or arrived from pandemic areasare being quarantined nationwide./.

꧃ Vietnam, France collaborate in vaccine production technology transfer

Under the agreement, VNVC and Sanofi will gradually implement technology transfers to enable domestic production of several key Sanofi vaccines that are widely used in Vietnam. In addition, Sanofi will support VNVC in training human resources and quality management in vaccine research and manufacturing.
