Five Vietnamese scientific journals were accepted to the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) database system in 2021, announced the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) on October 26.

Hanoi (VNA) –ℱ Five Vietnamese scientific journals were accepted to the ASEANCitation Index (ACI) database system in 2021, announced the Ministry of Scienceand Technology (MoST) on October 26.

Theyinclude the Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology Series B of the MoST, the Can Tho University Journal of Science, and the HoChi Minh Open University Journal of Science. The Transportand Communications Science Journal of the University of Transport and the Journalof Science and Technology of the Da Nang University also made their way into the list. The journalswere selected among 15 submissions from Vietnam this time. To date, 25journals of Vietnam have been accepted to the ACI database system. The ACI is acentral regional database which was designed and set up to index all thebibliographic records and the citations of all quality ASEAN research outputsappeared in the ASEAN scholarly journals./.
