𓄧 Pham Tat Thang in charge of directing Party Central Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilisation
The Politburo has entrusted Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and permanent vice-chairman of the PCC's Commission for Mass Mobilisation, to direct activities of the commission.
