The Deputy Prime Minister made the remarks during his tour to Ninh Khanhprison in the northern province of Ninh Binh on August 18 to inspectits preparations for the grand amnesty on the occasion of the NationalDay (September 2).
Deputy PM Phuc, who is also President ofthe Central Amnesty Advisory Council for 2013, praised the job done bythe prison staff in education and management work, especially thedissemination of the upcoming amnesty to all prisoners.
According to the Deputy PM, the prison has ensured the transparency, democracy, equality and justice of the process.
