Daily reference exchange rate up 2 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,195 VND per USD on October 13, increasing 2 VND from Monday.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,195 VND per USD on October 13,increasing 2 VND from Monday.

With the current trading band of  +/-3 percent, the ceilingrate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,891 VND/USD and the floorrate, 22,469 VND/USD.

At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,070VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,280 VND/USD, both unchanged from October 12.

BIDV, meanwhile, raised both rates by 10 VND to 23,100VND/USD (buying) and 23,280 VND/USD (selling)./.
