The 3rd Ninh Binh Festival themed “Heritage Flow” opened in Ninh Binh city, the northern province of the same name, on November 24 evening, featuring a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities.

A series of cultural and entertainment activities and art performance shows will be organised in Ho Chi Minh City to commemorate the death anniversary of Hung Kings in 2018.

Sa Pa winter festival 2017 will be organised in Sa Pa town, the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai from December 23 with myriads of splendid activities.
