President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Yoon Suk Yeol announced on October 10 that his country will double its cooperation funds with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to 48 million USD per annum by 2027 to support key projects in the region.

A workshop was held in Hanoi on October 4 to promote the efficiency of cooperation funds and programmes between ASEAN and its partners.
