The announcement was made by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRC) on July 21.

Contestantsneed to access the official website of the VRC and answer ten testquestions about the emblem and fundamental principles of the Red Cross.

Therewill be hundreds of prizes which are scheduled to be handed out fromSeptember 10 to 15, including a prize worth 3 million VND (140 USD) forthe most outstanding participant.
