Hanoi (VNA) – State President Luong Cuong has sent congratulatory messages to Nicaraguan Co-Presidents Jose Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Rosario Murillo, Costa Rican President Rodrigo Chaves, and Guatemalan President Bernardo Arevalo on the occasion of their countries’ 204th National Day (September 15, 1821–2025).
